How purchasing with USM Auto works
An organized process, from the catalog to delivery in Mexico. Each stage is explained based on what the system does today: no promised timelines, no terms that are only confirmed in your quote.
One transaction, five stages
USM Auto supports the purchase of 0 km vehicles available in the United States market and coordinates the transaction through delivery in Mexico. The process is divided into five stages visible to you: you choose the vehicle, request a quote, an advisor contacts you, the transaction is coordinated, and delivery takes place.
The difference from an improvised purchase is traceability. From the moment your quote is issued, the transaction exists as a file with its own reference, and each update is recorded with its date. You do not need to piece together scattered conversations to know the status of your vehicle.
Nothing you see on the site replaces your quote. The catalog publishes prices and estimated monthly payments so you can make informed comparisons; the final amount and the terms applicable to your case are confirmed in the document your advisor issues.
1. You choose your vehicle
The catalog brings together new vehicles from the US market: cars, SUVs, pickups, and motorcycles. Each listing shows the make, model, trim, year, and published price in dollars, along with the estimated monthly payment based on the term you choose.
You can filter by category, maximum price, or maximum monthly payment, sort the listings, and compare up to three vehicles side by side. If you create an account, you can save the vehicles you are interested in and return to them later, although this is not required to request a quote.
The price appears in dollars because the dollar is the reference currency for the transaction. You can switch the display to Mexican pesos at any time: that amount is for informational purposes and is recalculated using the exchange rate currently in effect on the site.
2. You request your quote
From any vehicle listing, or from the quote button available throughout the site, you submit your contact information and the vehicle you are interested in. The form is intentionally brief: it asks for what is needed for an advisor to respond with actual information.
By submitting it, you accept the privacy notice displayed next to the form. Your information is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to your request.
3. An advisor contacts you
Each request is assigned to a USM Auto advisor. Their job is to confirm the vehicle's availability, the terms applicable to your case, and the relevant payment or financing options.
The result of that conversation is a formal quote with its own reference. It shows the transaction amount, currency, term considered, and corresponding monthly payment. That quote is the governing document: any earlier figure is indicative.
You can view your quotes from your account and accept them when you agree with them. Acceptance is recorded with the date and the person who performed the action.
4. The transaction is coordinated
When you accept a quote, a transaction is opened. The transaction inherits the exact identity of the quoted vehicle—make, model, trim, and year—and from that point forward brings together everything that happens: documents, recorded payments, vehicle progress, and communication with your advisor.
The vehicle's identity is locked when the transaction is opened. If any information needs to be corrected, only the internal team can do so, with a written reason and a record of the previous and new values. This is a deliberate decision: it prevents the vehicle you purchased from silently changing trim or year.
From your account, you can see the transaction with its reference, its current stage, and any missing documents.
5. Delivery in Mexico
Delivery has its own stages, with the same recording standard: a stage advances when it happens, not before. You can follow that progress from your account.
The approved stages are the same ones the internal team uses, with no different versions for the customer.

What you will not find here
We do not publish generic delivery timelines, approval percentages, or transaction counts. A timeline depends on the specific vehicle, the procedure, and factors we do not control, and promising one on a page would mean making it up.
The customer experiences you see on the site are testimonials authorized for publication and always retain the wording in their original language. Delivery cases are published separately only when verifiable documentation and specific authorization to display it exist.
