This is how the delivery of a vehicle coordinated by USM Auto works, stage by stage, with the same record the internal team sees.
The stages of a delivery
A delivery is not a single moment: it is a sequence of statuses that progresses in order. Each one is recorded with its date when it occurs, and that record is the same one you view in your account.

What you see in your account
Within your transaction, you will find the current stage, the stages already reached with the date they were recorded, and those that have not yet occurred, without advancing any prematurely.
We do not show live maps, progress bars with made-up percentages between two stages, or automatic estimated dates. A date appears when it exists: the scheduled delivery date, when it is scheduled; the delivery date, when the vehicle is delivered.
Documentation and communication
Transaction documents are uploaded and viewed within the same file, and your advisor tells you which ones apply to your case. Messages related to the transaction are also kept there, so they do not depend on an external channel.
Published deliveries
This section is set up to show actual deliveries: the vehicle delivered, the recorded stages, and the information the customer authorizes for publication.
No deliveries have been published yet. We will not illustrate this page with customers, cities, dates, license plates, or photographs that do not correspond to an actual, verified delivery.
