The website's sales chat

The chat on usmauto.com is handled by the USM Auto team with support from an automated sales assistant. The conversation is retained to provide continuity for your inquiry and allow an advisor to resume it.

The content of messages, the detected language, the date and time, a technical identifier for the chat session, and an irreversible identifier derived from the connection are recorded, with the latter used solely to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

• Entering an email address or phone number in the chat does not verify your identity or provide access to account data.
• The chat never requests official identification, banking information, or sensitive documentation.
• Documentation for a transaction is managed exclusively through your Client Area.

What the data is used for

The data is used to address and follow up on your inquiry, prepare a quote when you request one, coordinate contact with your advisor, and protect the security and integrity of our systems.

Commercial communications are a separate and optional purpose: you do not need to agree to them to speak with us or request a quote.

Financing requests (/evaluacion) — provisional text pending legal review

USM Auto Consulting LLC manages and supports your financing request end to end as an intermediary. USM Auto does not lend money or guarantee credit with its own funds. Any approval, credit terms and the granting of credit would correspond to a third-party financial institution, which has not yet been identified.

The documents you upload are received and accessed only by USM Auto's authorised finance department. They are not automatically shared with lenders or with our CRM. Before any transfer to a lender, that lender will be identified and you will receive the required information or be asked for additional consent.

Promotional or marketing communications constitute a separate and optional purpose. You do not need to agree to commercial communications to submit a quote request.

We may use technology providers that process information on behalf of USM Auto when necessary to operate, host, protect, or maintain our systems and services. We will not use the consent granted through this form as general authorization for purposes incompatible with those stated here.

USM Auto implements reasonable measures intended to protect personal data and limits its collection to information reasonably necessary for the stated purposes.

Requests related to access, correction or updating, deletion, or other rights that may apply under applicable law may be made through the support channels that USM Auto publishes for these purposes.

This notice may be updated when our operations, providers, legal requirements, or data processing practices change. The version applicable to each request will be identified at the time of its submission.
